- APPLE SLICES & CINNAMON (GARNISH)

LUNA ROJA
Luna Roja is a cocktail that combines the fresh flavors of local Mexican prickly pear with the complex profile of our Sotol.
- 1.5 oz nocheluna Sotol
- 0.5 oz Ancho reyes (original)
- 1.0 oz prickly pear puree
- .75 oz lime juice
- .25 oz simple syrup
- half moon orange slice (garnish)
Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake with ice. Strain and serve in a coupe glass with a half-moon orange slice.
Fly Away
The Fly Away cocktail brings out the best of Nocheluna Sotol; pineapple and mint enhance notes of dried stone fruit and wild herbs.
- 1.5 oz nocheluna Sotol
- 1.0 oz Ancho reyes (original)
- 1.5 oz PINEAPPLE JUICE
- 1.0 oz LIME JUICE
- 1 PINCH OF SALT
- 1 slice PINEAPPLE & MINT (GARNISH)
Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake with ice. Strain and serve in a highball glass with a slice of pineapple and mint.

- 5.0 oz spindrift lemon sparkling water
- half moon lemon wheel (garnish)
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled highball glass. Stir and serve with a half-moon lemon wheel.
